I am a wife and mother of 5 sweet boys. They are my fulltime commitment. My passion for photography compels me to spend a little time away from home capturing the beauty and love I see in other families. I have pursued photography since I got my first camera at eight years old. I feel so blessed to have opportunities to share my love of photography with others. My desire is to provide everday people with extraordinary portraits at a very reasonable price. Why shouldn't normal families be able to afford great photographs! davencathi@sbcglobal.net or 916.276.5156.

Note: As of January 2010 my prices will change. I will be offering different session/portrait packages for different needs. I will be publishing my price list on my website before the end of 2009. If you have already booked your sitting you will get my current pricing. Please call or email me to schedule your family or individual session.

The new baby sister...

This is my favorite of all the shots I took with this little bunch. Baby sister is clearly so happy to see her beautiful mother's smiling face, there is so much love there!
She had just discovered her hands so she spent most of her time munching on her fists. Every once in a while she'd put it down and I'd get the shot!
She looks like a perfect little princess!
Big brother and big sister were having a hard time sitting still, not weird for a 4 and 2 year old.
They loved showing me their "stinky" feet!
For a few precious moments, they did sit still long enough to show their new baby sister some love.
They both clearly love their new baby sister and were excited to hold her.

Such sweet baby feet!

She is at an age where keeping her feet still were not easy.
This is is she was happiest....with fist in mouth! Still extremely adorable! Thanks mom for letting me get to know your new little one!

LOVE THEM! Nice job Cathi! You are amazing, and I know how much work that took! Those kids were not cooperative yesterday! I am so impressed.

More great pictures, CAthi!! I can only imagine trying to take pictures of their feet - i know mine weren't cooperative when we tried to do the same thing. You captured some great moments though!
